Mixed Fruits Class - Cookery Lesson

Today, Mixed Fruits class is baking a "Tree" cake!

Introducing different ingredients - Eggs; Bread Flour; and Sugar

Taking turns to sieve the flour

Children help to separate the egg yolk and egg white

and pour into the different bowls

Beat the egg white with an electric mixer 

Add in the egg yolk and sugar mixture

children scoop the mixture into the ice-cream cone

Smell good! That's our "Tree cake!" We are going to share with the N1 friends!

Yummy!
