Summer Programme - Fifth Day

On 5th day - National Day Celebration

We will be celebrating Singapore 51st in advance. All the children came dressing in Red and white!

We talked about why we have to wear red and white for the celebration.

We revise the letters that form SINGAPORE so that we can sing the Singapore Cheer.

S-I-N-G-A-P-O-R-E, S-I-N-G-A-P-O-R-E

go............. Singapore!

We also dance to the songs - Singapore Town and One Singapore!

Next, we had a story on why Singapore is a lion city and how the icon of the Merlion came about.

Happy Birthday Singapore!

We hope Singapore will be strong and protect all the people living in Singapore!

We had Yakisoba for lunch! I heard Mio sensei cooked it for us, no wonder it tasted so good!

Yummy! Thank you Mio sensei!

After Lunch, Kizroo children went home as the school operates half a day for them today.

The summer programme children continue to have fun in the afternoon.

 The children wanted to play "Ramen monster"again so we went to the playground. Children are the "Ramen" and teachers are the monsters that like to eat "Ramen!"

Last but not least, we finished the last game - sweet shot! This is a hand eye coordination game.
