On 2nd February 2017, it's Kizroo 2nd birthday and we celebrated Chinese New Year on the same day as well.
Wanting our children to indulge and feel the joyous mood of this festive season, we decided to join Eis West campus for the celebration.
We gathered at the playground area to welcome the "lion dance troupe".
The children had a mixture feelings! some are excited and some are a little nervous especially with the thumping drumbeats and clanging cymbals!
The God of Fortune Mascot also came to visit us.
We had so much fun watching the "lion dance" performance!
At the end of the performance, we took a group photo together.
After that, we went back to the classroom to have our Chinese New Year snack - Love letters and crispy lotus chips. Yum! yum!
We had Chicken Char Siew rice and winter melon soup for lunch.
