Gyoza Day!

Cookery Lesson for Mixed Fruits Class
- We are making Gyoza!

First, let us introduce the ingredients. there are Chinese cabbage; Shiitake mushroom; Minced Pork; Spring onion and of course, the gyoza skin!


First, we have to cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces



 Then we will chop the Shiitake mushroom using the "chopper"



Mix all the ingredients together


Now, We are all ready to start wrapping our gyoza!



Take a small spoonful of meat and cabbage, place in the middle of the gyoza skin. Wet the edge and fold it half.



We are ready to cook it now!


Hmm... Smell good. Let's enjoy the gyoza together N1 friends!
